Meat grilled over open coals, fluffy saffron rice, and a lunch nobody skips.

Persian catering for Austin offices, serving a minimum of 10 guests up to 200.

Design your menu

Choose a mix of kabobs, stews, sides, and beverages to serve your team. Add dessert for the finishing touch. We'll gladly give recommendations, so you don't miss any crowd-favorites.

From the fire

The koobideh kabob is a blend of beef and lamb, ground together with onions and seasoned lightly. The mixture gets worked until it binds, then shaped onto the skewer by hand, with traditional peaks and valleys pressed in.

The joojeh kabob starts a day early. Chicken sits a full 24 hours in a blend of saffron, turmeric, yogurt, and lemon before it ever meets fire. That's the whole reason it comes to you tender instead of dry.

From the stove

Gheymeh is a slow-cooked lamb stew, blending yellow split peas in a tomato and dried-lime base, finished with crispy shoestring fries on top.

Aash Reshteh is a Persian vegetable noodle soup. Filling, fragrant, and the thing people ask for the first cold week of the year.

At the table

  • Basmati rice, washed and steamed until every grain stands on its own - this is where the fluffy texture comes from. Saffron rice is spooned over the top, butter stirred in while it's still hot.
  • Grilled tomatoes accompany the kabobs with white onions. We encourage you to try sprinkling sumac over everything.
  • Falafel, made the Persian way, which is our #1 crowd favorite.
  • Light and fresh sides. Salad Shirazi, made with chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, and lime. Mast-o-khiar is a traditional cucumber herb yogurt.
  • Warm lavash. Baklava at the end, Persian Doogh and saffron lemonade to drink.
  • Vegetarian and vegan options are incorporated into every menu.

Pick what fits your business

Two ways to serve your team. The right one depends on what kind of day your people are having.

Individually packed meals

Pre-packed boxes, one per person. This is what you want for an all-hands where everyone carries lunch back to a desk, a training day running against a clock, a client meeting where somebody's going to ask what's in it, or a hospital floor where lunch happens in shifts and the team is never in one place at once.

Family style

Full pans wafting delicious flavors through the room, and people getting up for seconds. This is better for the lunch you want people to sit down and take their time. Employee appreciation events, celebrating a quarter that closed well, or an onboarding week where nobody knows each other yet.

This is also how Persian food is meant to be eaten, and it shows.

Choose pickup or delivery

Pickup costs nothing extra. We deliver for a fee, and we'll stay and serve if you'd rather not think about it.

If you want to give people a more interactive menu, we do pop-up experiences too. That's how a few Austin offices met us in the first place.

Persian food is well spiced, not spicy

Here's the part you're actually worried about. You're ordering for a room where you don't know everyone's tastes, and for many of them, this will be the first Persian food they've ever eaten.

Persian cooking seasons for aroma and sourness instead of heat. Saffron, turmeric, and sumac are among our core rotation. Spices that came off the Silk Road, and not one of them will set anyone's mouth on fire.

So you won't need to sort your team into mild, medium, and extra spicy, and you won't need to ask anybody first. Everyone eats the same meal, and everyone's happy with it.

The people who grew up with this food will know we did it right. Everybody else will know lunch was tasty.

"I have never had Persian food before, and I enjoyed it very much. The food is fresh and you can taste the quality."

Taste a different kind of fire

Austin knows what fire does to meat. This town will wait half a day for smoke to work its way into a brisket, low and slow, and the waiting is the whole point of it.

Persian kabob runs the other way, hot and fast.

Grilled over open coals, the meat never touching a grate. The patience already paid off in the day-long marinade and in shaping the koobideh. By the time it reaches the fire, the slow part is behind it.

Same reverence for the coals. Different empire.

Persian Fire. Authentic Flavor.

What people say afterward

Same kitchen, same delicious flavors, different stories.

"I've had a lot of koobideh being raised in Tehrangeles and Whatakabob... blew it out the park! It is authentic Persian food and the people that work there and the owner are Persian and speak Farsi. Best Persian Food in South Austin I definitely will be returning."

Dara M, Google review, January 2026

"The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Everything we tried was delicious, and you can tell they use quality ingredients."

Helky C., Google review, April 2026

"The food was exceptional. I ordered the Mixed Kabobs Rice Plate with saffron chicken and beef - both were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. It's easily the best Persian food I've had in Austin so far. I would definitely go back again."

People start lining up early

We've done enough office lunches to know when people start lining up early, or request their new favorite Persian food. There's nothing to sign up for here. No contract, no program, no standing order. Every order is one order, and that's the whole arrangement.

What happens next is usually something like this: Your team gets introduced to Persian food, somebody asks when we're coming back, and that's how every office we cook for regularly got started. One Thursday. Book your first lunch. We'll take it from there.
